Hey all you guys and gals out there, I wanted to put together this site, to have a place I can share my thoughts, my success's and failures, and just a little about ME! :)

I am 30 Years old, I live in the beautiful Salt Lake City.  I have developed a huge passion for networking online, making friends, helping people develop both personally and financially.  I am always open to learning and have become the Mentor to thousands.

I was born and raised in UTAH!! I have 5 crazy sisters, and 2 equally as crazy brothers.  We were brought up by some great parents, Jim and Kathy Rhoades, who taught us some wonderful things like how to sing and dance like idiots, how we should always believe in ourselves, and to adore and love learning and life. 

 We were lucky to have such a huge family and while we certainly bickered and fought growing up, we have become each others best friends as adults.

We even were lucky enough a couple of years go to have the opportunity to start a company together so now we all get to work together, when we aren't bustin out the dance moves or crazy singing. 

As Chairman of our company and head of our marketing department, I started diving into marketing strategies and what we could do to really explode our business, we have had a lot of success's together, but when we really took off was when I moved to marketing Online.

I have since studied the masters of online marketing and mastered a few of the techniques myself.  Area's I really have a passion for are Google Adwords, and Social Networking like Twitter and Facebook. 

In our day and age whether you are on the internet or in person it really is still all about connecting with people and making new friends.  They say its who you know that counts,I say its who you GET TO KNOW that counts ;).
